Responsibilities:

Coaching and sparring for players of all skill levels.
Develop personalised training programs to enhance players' technical and tactical abilities.
Motivate and mentor players to achieve their full potential in badminton.
Organise and oversee practice sessions, matches, and tournaments.

Requirements:

Previous coaching experience is a plus
Patient and passionate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and supportive training environment.
Coaching training will be provided as our coaches will have to adapt to our coaching system
